Eye of the Storm or Light at the end of the tunnel?

This week was good for the film. We were able to gain new team members who will be helping us towards our goal. Additionally, we were able to have our first lead meeting! Lots of plans for the future and we are exciting to get on track.

Right now we are in the lull phase, just waiting for assignments to come back so we can give feedback. We have a check-in due on Tuesday so that is also exciting. Out focus right now is to finish up animation and sort out our compositing and 2D effects. Luckily, we just gained three new team members which will help us out. Unfortunately, we also lost our main compositor and another background artist this week. Because of this constant back and forth with collaborators, we have come up with an idea to turn it into a positive.

This Saturday, we will be having a team meeting/work party! At this party we will sit in the room for several hours and allow the collaborators to come and go. While they are there, we will be able to give direct feedback and hopefully complete some assignments. Here's to a great phase 3!
